In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic growth. You will work during the Night Shift, allowing you to enjoy a quieter work environment while contributing to our 24/7 operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Data Transformation: Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies to recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to define data requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.

Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data warehousing.
- Create visual storytelling presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and performance reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.
