Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to support 24/7 business operations and identify key performance indicators.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize night-shift performance metrics and operational trends.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot data anomalies and resolve issues arising during off-peak hours.
- Create automated reporting scripts and ETL processes to streamline the nightly data processing pipeline and reduce manual errors.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data repositories and reporting outputs.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to guide night-operations decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with specific experience working in shift-based or night-shift environments preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
