Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategy development.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks.
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage time efficiently.
