Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL): Gather and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency for night shift operations.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, real-time dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night shift team.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating complex data into clear, executive-level summaries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Data Governance: Maintain data documentation and establish best practices to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
