Responsibilities
- Perform complex data mining, cleansing, and transformation tasks to ensure high-quality datasets for reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
- Document data models, processes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Maintain data integrity and security protocols across all analytical platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) with a flexible schedule.
- Relocation eligibility is required for this position.
