Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Transformation: Query databases using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational anomalies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive nightly reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
