Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure 100% data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports to support executive decision-making.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to uncover trends and anomalies.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data-related questions during the night shift.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a night shift or operational support role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Must be willing and able to work a rotating night shift schedule.
