We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Data Analyst to join our elite operations team in Fresno, CA. This is a unique opportunity to work in our Night Shift department, offering a quiet, focused environment and a competitive compensation package.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and business strategy. You will be responsible for digging deep into our data lakes, identifying trends, and presenting findings that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources into structured formats.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for night-ops leadership.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation.
- Strong visualization skills with experience in Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
