The Role:
As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets. You will work autonomously during the evening hours to support our operational decision-making processes, ensuring that our stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-time.
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) for leadership visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during nightly processing cycles and ETL pipelines.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize SQL queries and data models to improve reporting performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Must be available for the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
