Responsibilities
- Execute Complex Data Analysis: Utilize advanced SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive management.
- Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Monitor automated data pipelines overnight to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately to minimize business impact.
- Strategic Reporting: Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex technical findings into clear, business-critical recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to automate repetitive data tasks and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams, effectively explaining technical data to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex, unstructured data sets.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data stories compellingly.
