Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to advanced modeling and reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Proven experience creating compelling visualizations with Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
