Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Database Management: Perform complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Process Optimization: Develop automated scripts in Python to streamline data collection processes and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy); experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery) is highly desirable.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
