Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data needs into technical solutions.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Identify process improvements and data governance opportunities to optimize business workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
