As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide executive decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business units.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical projects.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate regular reports and present findings to management in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
