Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Visualizations: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to enhance data quality and reporting speed.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Nashville, TN office.
