Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and programming languages (SQL, Python) to perform in-depth analysis and modeling.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Intelligence: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Database Management) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
