Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and objectives.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
- Present analytical findings and insights to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of BI tools, preferably Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical audiences.
