Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, answer critical business questions, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product offerings.
- Document data processes, data lineage, and analytical methodologies for stakeholder transparency.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
