What You Will Do:
Transform raw data into actionable insights that shape our product roadmap and marketing strategies. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to build scalable data pipelines and intuitive dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data mining to uncover hidden trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
