Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present complex data trends clearly to leadership.
- Data Management & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical modeling and regression analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Reporting & Strategy: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights, highlighting risks and opportunities for the executive team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and recommend solutions to enhance data efficiency and automation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to ensure high data quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
