Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and enhance user engagement metrics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Produce regular performance reports and executive summaries for leadership.
- Maintain and update documentation for data sources and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
