Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic business decisions.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable narratives.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of our data warehousing architecture and data governance protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to troubleshoot data anomalies.
