Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs and track performance metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and develop predictive models for customer behavior.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience programming in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
