Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and automate reporting processes to increase productivity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and business teams to define metrics, answer critical business questions, and communicate findings through clear, concise presentations.
- A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical principles, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
