Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualize data using Tableau and PowerBI to create interactive dashboards that drive key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or T-SQL) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong experience with visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
