Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop regular and ad-hoc reports that support executive decision-making and track project milestones.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and reporting.
