Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement statistical models to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data systems and databases.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
