Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform high-level business decisions.
- Visualize Success: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems through rigorous cleaning and transformation processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Automate reporting workflows and develop statistical models to improve operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
