Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Create automated reporting pipelines to provide real-time insights to leadership teams
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Present findings to executive teams through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and predictive modeling
- Excellent business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
