Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize complex datasets for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation of data sources.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
