Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Optimize Processes: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present technical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Tools: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
