In this role, you will work closely with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build robust reporting frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing data pipelines, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast future performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- SQL & Backend: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and optimize query performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
