Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear written reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, data visualization techniques, and analytical tools to continuously improve our data processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the tech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying databases and retrieving data.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, D3.js) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
