Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and support the development of new features.
- Execute advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources and databases.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing best practices and maintaining data documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a strong plus.
