Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business requirements.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and validate data integrity.
- Reporting: Produce clear, concise, and regular reporting packages that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Tools: Familiarity with big data technologies (Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
