Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & ETL: Design, build, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses that directly influence business strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, and Excel.
- Tools: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
