Responsibilities
- Query and analyze large datasets using SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) to extract actionable business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and track performance.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data needs into technical requirements.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling formats.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with stored procedures and complex joins is required.
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automated reporting.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Index/Match).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
