Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and automation strategies to enhance data workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Tableau Desktop Specialist or Google Data Analytics Certificate is a plus.
