Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and manipulate large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visual Analytics: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical modeling and trend analysis to forecast future business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
