Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources into actionable business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Conduct statistical analysis and create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve team efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
