Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards and data privacy regulations.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
- Visualization: Strong expertise in Tableau or Power BI for creating compelling data stories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of using data to solve complex business problems and drive operational efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
