Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines to improve reporting speed and reliability.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (subqueries, window functions, stored procedures).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
