Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and extract data from various sources to support ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert-level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and data warehousing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
