As a Data Analyst at TechFlow, you will be the bridge between our raw data and actionable business insights. You will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction by uncovering trends, optimizing processes, and presenting data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with department heads to translate business requirements into data models.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast future business outcomes and support decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
