Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with product managers and executives to solve complex problems and optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and process large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
