- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis at a tech company or fast-paced startup
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
