Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs for C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and optimize business operations
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Certification in Tableau or AWS/Azure Data Engineering preferred
