Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements for new features
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and presentations for C-level stakeholders
- Implement data quality initiatives and improve ETL processes
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and provide recommendations based on results
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
