Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data processes and maintain data quality frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
