Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for real-time monitoring.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Optimize data pipelines and query performance using SQL and Python.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
